The Accountant will play an integral role in maintaining the financial health of our company. You will be part of making sure that the company transitions from a start up to scale up with good control of the numbers and support the department heads in growing a sound business, with as much bang for the bucks as possible. You will report to Head of Finance & Admin, working closely with other departments. We are a fast-paced, growing company, and this role is both hands-on and strategic.
Key responsibilities
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
Full scope bookkeeping.
Delivering statutory as per required.
Balance sheet reconciliations with required level of documentation.
Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Ensure compliance with company or government regulations.

Your profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or Finance.
Hands-on experience in accounting.
Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
Knowledge of salaries, VAT and Tax.

The role
With four experienced colleagues by your side in the Expert System team, you will play a crucial role in interpreting large datasets, creating algorithms and transforming data into results to be handled by our customers. You will gather microbiology based data from various sources and statistically interpret patterns and trends to be visualized. The role reports to Head of Product Development and you will work closely with the Research department.
Develop and test classification algorithms.
Analyze data results using statistical techniques.
Collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Provide support in data analysis to our project organisation.
Identify patterns and trends in datasets and visualize results.
Prepare reports for executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.

Tech stack: Linux, ite and Python, specifically Numpy.
Common tools: Atlassian Jira, Bitbucket, SAS JMP, Python Matplotlib and Pandas.
Your profile
Bachelor/master’s degree in biotechnology, bioinformatics, mathematics, statistics or computer science.
3+ years’ experience in data analytics & modeling.

Du anställs i en särskild visstidsanställning då vi under våren kommer att genomföra kliniska studier för vidareutveckling av vårt instrument. Studien kommer att genomföras i samarbete med en vårdgivande aktör som hanterar stora patientflöden.

Role description
At Sysmex Astrego we have an internal database with a web application and api end-points that we are using to store data from lab experiments, reference testing and production. All this data is stored in a database where we can pull, for example: yield from production, lab experiment data to make our algorithms better, or references between these to make troubleshooting easier. Your job is to maintain that database, and implement new functions from our needs.
Main responsibilities:
Develop and maintain front-end and back-end features.
Collaborate with other developers to design, implement, and test software.
Develop and maintain high quality on the database structure and architecture.
In collaboration, evaluate and decide on new technical solutions for the application.
Collaborate with our Production as well as R&D teams to identify requirements and develop software solutions.

Övervakning vid semi-automatisk maskin och manuell påfyllning

The role
Sysmex Astrego is growing and this is a new role reporting directly to Director R&D. Your responsibility is to inspire, lead, shape, and grow the software engineering team, today consisting of 7 members. You will enable the team in their daily work; ensuring that the team has a clear view of where to go, remove obstacles when required, and work closely with several stakeholders to ensure priorities are clear. You will be fully responsible for software development results.
You will support, coach and lead development in respect to agile principles, and ensure that the team’s mission, goals, scope and product domain are understood.
Ensure that teams have a defined and efficient way of working in regards to planning, work and tooling.
Inspire and help the team towards self-management to acquire new knowledge and to constantly improve.
Collaborate with product management and R&D to align product and technical objectives.

We program mostly in Python and C on an embedded Linux platform. We are taking next steps in our internal way of working, and we want to implement test-driven development with Kanban or Scrum as a working method. The development environment is in PyCharm and case management takes place in Jira. We use Git as a repo manager through BitBucket.
Your profile
You are interested in people management and leading teams, as well as helping team members to succeed. At the same time you are driven by continuously improving our way of working.
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Minimum of 3 years experience of leading engineering projects and teams
Minimum of 10 years hands-on software development experience
Previous experience of software development in medical devices or diagnostics
Strong ability to clearly communicate and interact with other departments and stakeholders
Highly structured and thorough in your daily work
Excellent communications skills in Swedish and English
Previous experience of bringing products through FDA approval is meritorious.

I samarbete med Närakuten i Uppsala genomför vi en klinisk studie med patientdata för vidareutveckling av instrumentet.
I arbetet kommer du rekrytera patienter till studien, analysera urinprover, dokumentera resultat samt genomföra enklare laborativt arbete.
En del av din arbetstid kommer du att vara behjälplig Närakutens ordinarie verksamhet och bistå vid enklare patientprover. Du behöver därför kunna växla mellan laborativt arbete och patientkontakt. Upplärning sker på plats.
Din profil
För detta extrajobb vill vi att du läser universitetsprogram inom vård & omsorg eller biomedicin; exempelvis läkare/sjuksköterska/undersköterska, biomedicin analytiker, eller liknande.
Vi söker flera sjukvårdsinriktade studenter som kan bemanna Närakuten kvällstid och/eller helger. Du kommer att kunna styra din schemaläggning beroende på din tillgänglighet och det är viktigt att du bedriver heltidsstudier då detta är en timanställning. Role description
You will have an independent role in a tight knit team. We are scaling the company and the scope of the role is broad and requires an understanding of the interface between back-end development and database administration.
Main responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Sysmex Astrego's internal web application and manage its database.
Maintain a high quality on the database structure and architecture.
In collaboration with the software team, evaluate and decide on new technical solutions for the database and implementation.
Collaborate with our Production as well as R& D teams to identify requirements and develop software solutions.

Your profile
Must-haves:

Role description
In this role you will be responsible for our clinical study sites; the existing as well as independently preparing for new ones. You will closely monitor progress of our studies, follow-up on potential deviation, collaborate with our staff onsite and our external stakeholders, and ensure alignment and compliance internally with R&D.
Execute clinical study related laboratory work at Sysmex Astrego, for example reference method, colony counts, and preparation of study material.
Writing clinical validation plans, protocols, reports and related documentation required for the clinical trials.
Submissions of ethical applications and proactive communication with competent authorities for CE IVDR 2017/746 compliance.
Coordination of setting-up studies, training of operators, ensuring supply and logistic of products, qualify/monitor/support clinical study sites, and subsequent closing of sites.
Supporting development projects with identification of deviations/unexpected results in clinical studies.
Compilation of clinical study data for regulatory filing purposes.
Technical writing of Instruction For Use (IFU) and User Manual (UM).
Assisting at audits by external parties e.g. BSI.

Your profile
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Microbiology
Minimum 3 years of work related experience in a similar role
Knowledge and practical experience of CE IVDR 2017/746
Experience of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), applicable standards and regulations
Experience of laboratory-based microbiological testing and data analysis
Business proficiency in English, written and spoken. Swedish is meritorious.
