We are now looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for driving the product launch and life cycle management of Ketosteril ® in Sweden, which is a treatment for patients with Chronic Kidney Disease.

In this role as Product Manager Ketosteril, you will drive the strategic thinking and implementation of marketing strategies to ensure a successful launch of Ketosteril. You will develop communication plans to ensure an optimal positioning of the product across various customer groups.

At Fresenius Kabi, you will join a high performing and experienced marketing team in Uppsala. The team is sharing best practices, supporting each other, and enjoying working together as a very committed team. You will report to the Marketing Manager Pharma and be the primary speaking partner for all colleagues in the sub-region and regional head office in Paris regarding any Ketosteril-related topics.

Main Accountabilities


Stay on top of knowledge on clinical practices and developments in the market and among customers. Actively visit and develop KOLs and support other potential prescriber, as well as initiate dialogue and create strong relationships with relevant patient associations. Furthermore, to be responsible for outlining sales prognoses and forecasts and monitor sales and profitability development for your portfolio.

Lead development and implementation of the strategical launch plan, followed by the annual marketing plan, for Ketosteril
Have ownership of the various channels of communication and promotion
Develop communication tools and marketing material that meets the needs and requirements of our various customer groups and the local market
Ensure all marketing and training related material is up-to-date and in accordance with local rules and regulations
Prepare and present yearly sales budget and mid-year budget forecast
Outline medium-term-strategy with focus on portfolio development and life cycle management
Monitor monthly sales and profitability development for the assigned portfolio
Provide supply chain with sales prognoses and forecast
Participate in Fresenius Kabi activities such as local or international congresses and Marketing meetings

We are looking for a person with a university degree in a relevant discipline. We believe you have knowledge of the Swedish healthcare system and that you are familiar with stakeholders and patient pathways. You have previous sales experience or product management experience in the healthcare area working with concept creation, product launch implementation or larger projects. Experience from the areas of nephrology and/or nutrition is beneficial. Knowledge of forecasting and product demand planning is needed in this position. You have strong communication skills in Swedish and English, at ease presenting to large audiences. You will be driving in your daily work so valid driver´s license is needed.

Vem är du?

Det allra viktigaste är dock att du har ett stort intresse för att arbeta med kommunikation och försäljning mot forskare och industri, och att du talar och skriver engelska flytande. Take responsibility for the life-cycle management of Western Blotting product portfolio
Work closely with our global commercial teams and consumables reps to drive accountability for commercial success of the product ranges in the regions

Collect voice of customer inputs, competitor’s intelligence, and market trends to contribute to the business roadmap and product development
Build business cases, financial models and work closely with R&D & Global Marketing Manager to exploring product ideas, defining product concepts, and launch competitive products that solve unmet customer needs
Define and bring to market new products in line with the overall business strategy. Ensure product success by defining and executing successful launch and post-launch activities including the delivery of launch and training material
Represent Cytiva, western blotting products in customer labs, conferences, and marketing events worldwide, and actively engage with regional and commercial teams to build strong relationships
Establish and manage a broad network of internal and external collaborations
Minimum of a Graduate degree or MSc degree or equivalent in chemistry, biochemistry or related scientific field required. ? 3+ years of experience in a Commercial sales or Product management and/or strong technical expertise in target customer segments and understanding of protein and nucleic acid analytical workflows or applications
Self-motivated, passionate and results oriented collaborator, comfortable with managing uncertainty and problem solving.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English) and ability to handle a large number of internal and external collaborating partners through remote or in-person interactions globally

Contribute to the product development process for new product additions to the portfolio. Create business case and adjust / monitor financial models before and during product development and launch. Prepare and implement product launch plans, coordinating with commercial stakeholders to define go-to-market strategy.
Ensure product readiness for sale and use including registration, labeling, legal and safety requirements, storage, logistics, technical content of databases and web, QC and after sales support preparation.
Strategic and tactical supply chain management of existing products to market for multiple customers and applications. Ensure appropriate inventory and quality control; provide leadership to quality complaint management.
Provide regular sales and profitability forecasts.
Develop strategic and tactical marketing recommendations to product and segment marketing roles to enable effective marketing plans for the overall portfolio.
Provide input and prioritization to R&D on requirements for research & development projects.
Manage and maintain the integrity of the commercial product information held within IT systems/databases/web.
Motivate/educate functional teams as to how to operate in support of this portfolio.

Att se över, utveckla, implementera och utvärdera produkter samt eventuella erbjudanden.

Kvalifikationer för att vara aktuell för rollen är:
Ett par års erfarenhet som kommersiell produktchef och/eller produktansvarig.
Tidigare arbetslivserfarenhet från solelsbranschen.
Goda kunskaper i ekonomi.
God analytisk förmåga.

What you'll do
The Digital Communications and Project Manager is responsible for communicating the planning, execution and results related to the digital technology roadmap, supporting delivery of various cross-functional digital projects, and be the business product owner for the Content Hub (Sitecore) application.
The successful candidate for this role will support the current Digital Communications and Project Manager for 1 year by being a champion and grow the awareness of digital marketing methods and programs within Cytiva. They will promote and help to build a transparent, available and collaborative digital marketing function within Cytiva.
Key responsibilities?
Carry out communication activities, planning, execution, and results related to the digital technology team’s roadmap.
Supporting delivery of various cross-functional digital projects, including initial business liaison & prioritization, problem exploration, handoff to technical teams and reporting on activity results.
Support localization activities, especially for developments in Asia markets. This includes working with external translation service providers, coordinating software development activities for the regional needs, coordinating training and documentation activities for the regional teams needs for specific systems and processes.
Undertaking all the responsibilities of a business product owner for the Content Hub (Sitecore) application
Lead a small team, provide support and guidance in accordance with a people leader role.
Participate and support software development processes. (Feature and bug reporting, ticket monitoring while updating stakeholders, Testing, post-delivery training and documentation creation and distribution).
Work with customer service and support teams to resolve web related issues by providing guidance, undertaking triage activities, or reporting into the appropriate tools for further support.
Work with relevant teams and collaborators to create, update, distribute training and documentation material for various systems (Content Hub (Sitecore), Hybris, Sitecore, Claytablet etc.) and processes.
Qualifications/Requirements ?
?· Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science/Information Technology?related, experience or a demonstrable interest in communications principles and practice.
>=3?years’ experience in?digital marketing or a related discipline, including project management for significant business projects.?
· Familiar with Agile methodologies and accompanying tools & terminology (e.g.?AHA!, JIRA, Confluence).
Experience leading a small teams and with customer support.
· Ability to interpret and communicate complex technological principles and make them accessible for a non-technical audience.??
· Excellent written & oral communications skills and attention to detail.?
· English language fluently spoken and written.?

What you’ll do
As a member of the Core Resin product management team, lead the market introduction of resins from Cytiva's second manufacturing site for chromatography resins
Be responsible for the strategy and execution of customer communication in the implementation of
Lead customer collaborations in evaluating second site material, establishing CCN communication strategy, and other tasks needed to ensure that the material can be accepted as a “like-for-like” material on the market
Collaborate closely with second site project team to ensure right product quality is delivered

Who you are
University degree in chemical engineering, biochemistry, chemistry or similar
At least 5 years working experience within Life Science based business with roles in product marketing, product development or related
Experience as product manager and/or project manager will be beneficial

The ability to travel globally
Proven track record to lead cross functional projects

You will be driving the strategic thinking, developing and implementation of marketing strategies, tactics and plans for the launch of Ketosteril. You will build the product concept and communication strategies to optimize the marketing collaterals in a way that ensures positioning of the product across various customer groups, needs and demands. You will be doing so by working closely with the PM for enteral nutrition, the sales team, KAM organization and the tender group.

As part of the Marketing team you will be the primary speaking partner for all colleagues in the sub-region and regional head office in Paris regarding any Ketosteril related topics. You will report to the Marketing Manager Pharma and be part of a high performing team of experienced Product Managers based in Uppsala. Main Accountabilities

Lead development and implementation of the strategical launch plan, followed by the annual marketing plan, for Ketosteril
Have ownership of the various channels of communication and promotion
Develop communication tools and marketing material that meets the needs and requirements of our various customer groups and the local market

Education on University degree level or equivalent in relevant disciplines
Minimum 3 years of product management experience in the healthcare area
Experience from concept creation and product launch implementation
Knowledge of the Swedish healthcare system, and familiar with stakeholders, the tender business and patient pathways
Experience of pricing, forecasting and product demand planning
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English; at ease presenting to large audiences
Valid driver’s license for vehicles class B (B-körkort)

Tactical to Strategic execution to secure short- and long-term profitable growth for your product portfolio and related Cytiva business.

What You'll Do
You will manage the Qualification Services portfolio (Product Center 85). Key stakeholders are Qualification Services Ops team, sales regions and customers.
You are responsible for supporting the sales teams with the sales of all products in the portfolio. Support all aspects of the product life cycle starting with the detailed planning phase (in development) until the product is terminated. Maximizing the company profit over the products entire life cycle, lead contract profitability actions. Drive growth, price gain, contract capture rate and point of sales. Du kommer vara stationerad vid Sandvik Coromant i Gimo, som är den största produktionsanläggningen i sitt slag med ca 1500 medarbetare. Anställning som avses är inom pulverproduktionen, där ca 40 personer arbetar. Du får det bästa av två världar; Frihet under ansvar med en familjär stämning, men också möjlighet till utveckling och backning av Sandvik-koncernen i stort.

Pulverproduktionen är just nu i en förnyelsefas med stora investeringsprojekt och satsningar inom digitalisering. För att möta behovet utökas teknikgruppen nu med två tjänster, projektledare och processingenjör. Du kommer att fungera som vår enda heltids-projektledare och vara huvudansvarig för våra investeringsprojekt. Därför ser vi att du kommer in i rollen med erfarenheter som ger dig förutsättningar att självständigt driva större projekt. The Product Manager Intravenous Drugs is essential for driving the product life cycle management of the IV Generic Drugs portfolio, today primarily within the Anesthetics, Anti-Infectives, Critical-Care and Oncology area.

You will focus on developing and implementation of marketing strategies, tactics and plans for your portfolio, supporting the organization’s objectives. In addition, you will manage and optimize the portfolio in a way that ensures positioning of the products across various customer groups, needs and demands. You will be doing so by working closely with the Regulatory Affairs team, the KAM organization and the Tender group. The Product Managers is also responsible for the financial forecast and to give input to the supply forecasts.

As part of the Marketing team you will be the primary speaking partner for all colleagues in the sub-region and regional head office in Paris regarding any IV Generic related topics. You will report to the Marketing Manager Pharma and be part of a high performing team of experienced Product Managers based in Uppsala.

Main Accountabilities

Lead development and implementation of the annual marketing plan to meet business expectations
Have ownership of the various channels of communication and promotion
Ensure all marketing and training related material is up-to-date and in accordance with local rules and regulations

The Product Manager Intravenous Drugs is essential for driving the strategy and tactics for the existing product portfolio of IV Generic Drugs within the Anaesthetics, Anti-Infectives, Critical-Care and Oncology area.

You will focus on designing, developing and implementing marketing strategies and plans to support the organization’s products and to meet the organization’s objectives. In addition, you will manage the portfolios in a way that optimizes positioning of the products across various customer groups and doing so by working closely with the sales team to ensure excellent execution in the field. The Product Managers is also responsible for the financial forecast and to give input to the supply forecasts.

As part of the Marketing team you will be the primary speaking partner for all colleagues in the sub-region and regional head office in Paris regarding any IV Generic related topics. You will report to the Marketing Manager Pharma and be part of a high performing team of experienced Product Managers based in Uppsala.

Main Accountabilities

Lead development and implementation of the annual marketing plan to meet business expectations
Have ownership of the various channels of communication and promotion
Ensure all marketing and training related material is up-to-date and in accordance with local rules and regulations
Develop communication tools and marketing material that meets the needs and requirements of our various customer groups and the local market
Stay on top of knowledge on clinical practices and developments in the market and among customers
Prepare and present yearly sales budget and mid-year budget forecast
Outline medium-term-strategy with focus on portfolio development and life cycle management
Monitor monthly sales and profitability development for the assigned portfolios
Provide supply chain with sales prognoses and forecast
Participate in Fresenius Kabi activities such as local or international congresses and Marketing meetings
The Right Person

Education on University degree level or equivalent in relevant disciplines, e.g. in Marketing, Medicine, Science, Pharmaceuticals, Nursing, or Business Administration
Minimum 3 years of product management/product marketing experience in the healthcare area
Knowledge of the Swedish healthcare system, and familiar with stakeholders, the tender business and patient pathways
Experience of forecasting and product demand planning
”LIF-auktorisation” or equivalent education for ”läkemedelsinformatör”
Sales experience from the healthcare industry is beneficial
Strong communication skills in Swedish and English; at ease presenting to large audiences
Valid driver’s license for vehicles class B (B-körkort)

Experience from direct interaction with customers, within pharma or biotech. Strong ability to understand customer needs within research and process development and how the company can help meet these.
A strong interest in both technical and commercial aspects
