Om rollen
Som fastighetschef har du det övergripande ansvaret för bolagets fastigheter och byggnader. I rollen kommer du att ansvara för bland annat kontraktsskrivning, kundrelationer, hyresgästsanpassningar, underhållsplanering, m.m.
Rollen utgår från vårt kontor i Uppsala men behov finns att ibland besöka våra fastigheter i bl.a. Sigtuna och Eskilstuna. B-körkort är därför ett krav.
Om dig
Du har med fördel relevant utbildning i grunden inom exempelvis ekonomi eller fastighetsförvaltning. Du bör ha arbetat med uthyrning och/eller fastighetsförvaltning tidigare. Du har god ekonomisk förståelse, grundläggande kunskaper inom fastighetsteknik och du har med fördel ansvarat över underhålls- och ombyggnadsprojekt.
Som person är du van vid att ta egna initiativ och trivs med att arbeta både självständigt och i team. Du är driven, och har en naturlig fallenhet för att skapa och upprätthålla goda relationer. Du har intresse och förståelse för kundens behov och ett utpräglat sinne för service och affärsmannaskap.

Moreover, IT Consultants will communicate technical instructions in understandable business terms and produce technical user manuals, requiring exceptional interpersonal and communicative ability.
IT Consultant Responsibilities:
Setting up social media accounts for marketing
Setting up Facebook Ads accounts
Developing new marketing webpages
Maximizing the speed and SEO of the webpages
Analyzing company’s marketing strategy and introducing automation systems
Building an automated lead management system
Custom coding the system for automated lead delivery from advertising mediums to CRM tools
Automating outbound communication with leads
Setting up Whatsapp Business API for outbound HSM messages
Setting up a monitoring system for analyzing business KPIs
Integrating new lead deliveries to third-party tools with Zapier
Training staff to use the new IT system.

IT Consultant Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
Proficiency with website building.

Proficiency with third-party integrations through APIs
Excellent written and verbal communication.
