About the role:

We are looking for a business controller to join our Finance Team. As the Business Controller, you will play a key role in the financial planning, reporting and analysis. About the role
We’re looking for Cloud Operations Engineers to join the Tech Operations team with a focus on infrastructure and improving our technical platform in Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will oversee our servers and services, help automate and document our workflows as well as assist in troubleshooting any issues that may arise in our tech stack.

What you’ll do

Manage cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines

Conduct root-cause analysis for service interruptions and establish preventive measures

Implement and maintain backup, security, and redundancy strategies

Manage and monitor all infrastructure and system installations, including configuration, testing, and maintenance

Interact with the technical customer support and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identifying root cause, and providing technical support when needed

When you have matured in your role you will be joining a pool of engineers taking turns to be on call outside normal working hours to handle emergency issues

Participate to our team meetings and propose your ideas and thoughts

You have experience using Linux command line management, and Linux-based tools and utilities

About the role
The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maximising net retention and expansion on a portfolio of Freespee customers by increasing adoption of the Freespee product suite via the delivery of the Customer Success Programme.

What you’ll do

- Revenue retention and growth for a portfolio of existing Freespee customers

- Delivering the Freespee Customer Success Programme to key customer stakeholders and ensuring the ongoing adoption of the Freespee product suite

- Maximising the value and business impact of Freespee by establishing customer goals and KPI’s and working with them to continuously optimise these

- Building and developing strong customer relationships and growing the understanding of the Freespee value proposition across multiple business units and markets

- Building, maintaining and executing on customer account plans and growth plans to maximise upsell and cross sell opportunities

- Actively uncovering customer health risks and executing on risk mitigation plans to minimise revenue churn

- Freespee product expert, delivering ongoing Freespee product training to a wide range of customer stakeholders

- Acting as internal Voice Of The Customer and providing feedback to Product teams, becoming an expert on product usage and vision

- You will also collaborate directly with Projects Managers, Pre Sales Consultants, Support and Marketing teams

Who you are

- 3+ years experience in Enterprise SaaS Customer Success or related field with a proven track record of customer relationship management

- Commercially savvy and experienced in working strategically to achieve customer retention and revenue growth over time

- Experience working with large businesses and brands with complex organisations

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and dot-connecting skills with the ability to develop quick, accurate situational awareness (i.e. escalation management)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills and in person and virtual presentation skills. C-level experience highly valued

- Experience delivering product training and/or product demonstrations highly valued

- Good time management and project management skills

The primary initial focus for this role is to be the senior architect and developer for a project to automate several parts of this process between Freespee and our telecom operator partners.

Come and work with us
Freespee is looking for a Product Manager with a strong background in communications and messaging to round out the product management team. The Product Manager will join a direct team of 5 members (2 UX; 3 product managers), where they will work collaboratively with all departments including CS, Support, PMO, Engineering, and Sales to keep the company aligned on company objectives.
The team philosophy centers around transparency, accountability, ownership, and trust, which is essential in today’s covid climate where most of the team works remotely from their homes. Once covid is over, it would be preferred that the candidate from Stockholm work at least part time from the Uppsala office where they can be situated near the engineering team. It is expected that regardless of the home office, the candidate stays in regular virtual contact with every team across the different offices, either over slack, discord, or zoom.
As a word of caution, Freespee’s working environment will not suit everyone. Job Description
Freespee Product Management process works across several formal stages of product development that have specific demands at each stage:
Discovery & Research, which requires communication skills and an ability to work with both customers and internal stakeholders to identify the highest priority improvements that should be made to your product lines
Product grooming, which involves identifying the ‘must have’ requirements of a new request, and how those requests break out into small achievable deliverables

Are you up to the challenge of finding new, innovative ways to make our data useful? We are now looking for an experienced Data Engineer to join our TechOps team in Uppsala, Sweden.

Your responsibilities
As a Data Engineer at Freespee you will be responsible for making our raw data more useful to Freespee and our customers. You will be designing and building ETL and reverse ETL pipelines in AWS, and making sure we have a data strategy and architecture to support our continued growth.

You will be a part of our Technical Operations team reporting into our Head of TechOps, but working closely with several internal stakeholders as well as engineers and data scientists.

Further responsibilities include:

- Designing, building, maintaining and optimising data pipelines (including ETL)
- Identifying ways to enhance and add value to Freespee’s data
- Ensure that data is consistent across Freespee’s platforms
- Designing and building data models and storage (data warehouses, data lakes) that support our product and processes
- Designing and developing new systems together with the software developers
- Making sure the right data is accessible easily and quickly by internal teams, primarily product and data science teams
- Finding ways to automate any manual data processes
- Implementing monitoring and health checks that ensure data integrity, availability and confidentiality

Your background includes:

- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics or a related technical field
- Experience working with AWS services
- General programming skills, preferably in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Working experience with GraphQL, message queues and cloud computing
