Your sweet spot ????
We are looking for a Supervisor that will be a part of our team in Uppsala. Your responsibility will be having an overview of our processes with the store pickers and riders. This will also include packing orders and making sure that it's a nice and clean environment to work in. As a Supervisor you are an extremely important part of the company - you are the one that has an overview of the processes by making sure it runs smoothly and that our customers orders are accurate and fresh! You will work in close collaboration with our Store Manager and work hands-on with our picker and rider process.
Some of the things you’ll handle ????
You will be supervising our pickers and riders.
Help onboarding of new pickers and riders.
Responsibility for the accuracy in both item-level as freshness of pick and packing the orders sent to our customers.
Not scared to jump on a bike if the rider team needs it.
You will pack & deliver orders to the customer.
You will supervise & develop the team together with the Store Manager.

We believe that you ?
Previous experience in similar environments such as. Retail/Warehouse/Groceries.
Hands-on mentality and detail oriented.
A fast-paced environment does not detract from your quality of work.
Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

Vi expanderar nu vårt team i Stockholm och söker Pickers. Joina ett sammansvetsat team och plocka och packa orders på tid, organisera butiksflöde, säkerställ hög effektivitet och ha kul ihop!
Tjänsten är på deltid där vi tillsammans kommer överens om hur mycket du arbetar per vecka.
VAD DU KOMMER ATT GÖRA (MEN INTE UTESLUTANDE)
Ansvara för ordrar ut till kund; att rätt varor av högsta kvalité plockas inom utsatt tid för avlämning till vårt rider team
Inleverans av varor, inventering samt säkerställa att butiken upprätthåller god standard
Hjälpa vårt rider team med att ibland hoppa upp på elcykeln för att leverera orders
Ytterligare arbetsuppgifter kan tillkomma, exempelvis som rider eller med att hjälpa kollegor i andra avdelningar.

VEM DU ÄR
Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet från liknande arbete ex. detaljhandel, butik eller livsmedel.
Vi ser gärna att du är detaljorienterad med en hands-on mentalitet.
Du kommunicerar obehindrat både på svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.

We are looking for a Picker that will be a part of the team in our team in Stockholm, packing orders and making sure that it's a nice and clean environment to work in. As a Picker you are an extremely important part of the company - you are the one making sure that our customers orders are accurate and fresh!
What you will do (but not exclusively)..

Managing inbounds and inventory controlling of the store
Not scared to jump on a bike if the rider team needs it

Requirements
