•Future planning with the customer and best recommendations are suggested and presented according to their future and planned directions.
•Adding values to proposals submitted for each tender to make sure of better evaluation and customer gets the most benefits as per their needs.
•Full awareness about customer needs and their directions on long and short terms.
•Getting the best use of being a system integrator to consult and advise the customers with latest directions and technologies would reflect positively on the business.  
•Develops plans for each account to achieve targets, sales and customer service objectives.
•As a golden & platinum partner for all technology vendors, my sales responsibility is to pitch the new and updated technologies at the customer through regular visits, presentations and events.  
•Handling all the customers requirements ( New purchase, technical issues , logistics ) 
•Monthly steering committees with the concerned teams at all customers to review running projects and discuss all issues would be facing the projects flow.
•Capitalize on the company’s network and maintaining a new network in each account and new different areas to develop and extract new fruitful business for both Company and customer.
Maintain relationships with the vendors, through bi-weekly visits and discussing new plans and products suits each customer. Visa mindre
