This role sits at the intersection of Generative AI and Real-Time Audio Processing. You will be a lead builder in our AI evolution, designing agents that don't just "chat," but reason, plan, and act. You’ll collaborate with a passionate cross-functional team to push the boundaries of automated telephony and personalized engagement.
What You’ll Do
Architect Autonomous Agents: Build sophisticated agents using frameworks like Google ADK and OpenAI Agents SDK capable of tool-calling and multi-step reasoning.

Master the Voice Stack: Implement and optimize real-time Voice AI pipelines integrating STT and TTS engines (e.g., Deepgram, ElevenLabs, Whisper).

Solve for "The Latency Gap": Engineer high-performance solutions to minimize delay, ensuring human-like conversational fluidity in voice interactions.

Build the Infrastructure: Develop robust backend orchestration in Python and TypeScript, leveraging RAG to ground agents in business data.

Deploy at Scale: Use Terraform and AWS to manage AI/ML infrastructure, ensuring our "brains" are as reliable as they are smart.

Iterate with Data: Design and maintain rigorous evaluation suites to measure agent performance and conversational accuracy.

Who You Are
An AI Specialist: You have a Bachelor’s in CS or AI/ML and 3+ years of professional experience in software or ML engineering.

Technically Polyglot: Proficient in Python, with a strong preference for experience in TypeScript/Node.js.

Data-Driven: You understand that an LLM is only as good as its grounding and its evaluation metrics.

Bonus points if you have:
Experience with WebSocket streams and real-time audio buffer handling.

Familiarity with VOIP/SIP stacks (Asterisk, Kamailio).

A foundation in Digital Signal Processing (DSP).

Hands-on experience with containerized AI service deployment.

Buying a car is one of life’s biggest decisions. It should be exciting.
Yet for most buyers, the journey is disconnected, slow, and far more stressful than it needs to be.
This isn’t because car salespeople don’t care. It’s because their technology is failing them. They are stuck with clunky, legacy systems that turn relationship-builders into data-entry clerks. They want to sell, but they are buried in admin.
We are going to change that.
Kaisa is on a mission to transform life’s most important purchases into exceptional customer experiences. We are already the engine behind 24 million high-value buying journeys a year. We connect buyers and sellers for Europe’s leading automotive marketplaces and OEMs.
We currently power the ecosystems that serve over 80,000 car dealerships across Europe. We have the data, the reach, and the trust.
Now we’re entering our next chapter: In order to fulfill our mission to create exceptional buying journeys, we’re aiming to make automotive sales teams superhuman - automating the busywork in customer engagement so they can focus on what matters: acting fast, building trust, and closing deals.
The Opportunity: A Startup within a Scale-up
This is not a standard Product Management role, this is a 0-to-1 mission. It is an opportunity to build a new business line from the ground up.
As Product Manager, you will operate with the mindset of a “this is my business area”. You aren't just managing a backlog; you are orchestrating a complete product strategy—from discovery and build to go-to-market and distribution.
You will have the autonomy of a founder, backed by the "unfair advantages" of an established market leader:

Massive Reach: You aren't starting from zero. You will leverage our unique position handling the majority of lead flow for major European marketplaces to gain instant distribution leverage and access to unique and valuable data.

Financial Strength: In a market where many startups are struggling for runway, we are profitable and investing aggressively in this growth phase.

The Right Tech: You will work with a modern stack, leveraging our Intelligence and Communication platform to build fast.

What you will do
Get out of the building: You will spend a lot of time with dealerships, sitting with sales teams to understand their reality. You won’t rely on assumptions; you will validate hypotheses in the field.

Define the 0-to-1 Solution: You will frame the customer problem with extreme clarity and define the "Starter Package" that makes a dealer say, "Finally, someone gets it."

Ship & Iterate: You will lead the "Dealer Experience" squad to ship working prototypes, secure beta customers, and iterate rapidly based on real-world feedback to reach product-market fit.

Orchestrate the Business: You will work across departments to define the commercial architecture—partnering with the CPO and the Commercial leadership to figure out pricing, packaging, and how we leverage our marketplace partners in our GTM strategy.

Raise the Bar: As our senior product craftsman/woman, you will act as a standard-bearer for product quality, coaching our team to be evermore customer-centric, outcome-focused and commercially minded.

Who you are
We are looking for a Builder and a Doer, not a Director.

You are a Builder: You have experience founding a startup or launching a new business line within a B2B SaaS scale-up. You know how to navigate the "fog of war" when there is no roadmap.

You are Operational and have Grit: You don’t need a large team to be effective. You are willing to do the unglamorous work—manually onboarding early customers or digging into data—whatever it takes to get the flywheel spinning.

You are Commercially Acute: You understand that great products must make money. You get unit economics, distribution models, and how to connect product decisions to the P&L.

You have "Strong Opinions, Loosely Held": You are willing to challenge the CPO and stakeholders if the data contradicts the strategy, but you are agile enough to pivot instantly when a hypothesis fails.

You have "Product Taste": You care deeply about product quality and know that "delight" is not the surface but exceeding expectations. You understand that great B2B software shouldn't feel like work; it should feel like a superpower. You don't just ship features; you build experiences.

This role is not for you if
You’re an "Armchair Strategist"—designing theoretical frameworks at your desk rather than validating messy realities with customers.

You need a perfectly defined path and 100% clarity to take the next step.

You are looking for a pure management role where you primarily direct the work of others.

Why Kaisa?
Impact: You will be building the product that defines the next phase of our company’s growth.

Culture: We value "Owning It" and "Winning Together." We are a flat, fast-moving team that champions diversity and sustainability.

Stability & Growth: Enjoy the excitement of a startup challenge with the security and benefits of a profitable, established company.

Ready to build the future of automotive sales? Here’s how to apply:
We want to see what you’ve built. Along with your CV/LinkedIn, please include a brief mention of 1-2 products or features you played a key role in building from the early stages. Tell us what the problem was, and what impact your solution had. Visa mindre

You will take part in design discussions while contributing to a great team spirit. You will follow team best practices and processes and share knowledge with your colleagues.
You will have the opportunity to work on multiple parts of our stack, from enabling conversations at a low level to guiding the customer in a friendly user interface or finding new ways to visualise big data.

Kaisa. 16 nationalities. One brand.
Kaisa is a vibrant team of over 60 people made up of 16 nationalities located across Europe. We have a few simple values that are core to the way we work together: be genuine, stay focused, engage others, but most important, make an impact.

Our tools help them monitor, orchestrate, analyse and optimise human to human conversations. With a global customer base spanning 20 countries, Kaisa already helps its customers capture, analyse, and in some cases recover over 30 million conversational touch-points happening over SMS, email, phone, and WhatsApp each year. With your help we hope to expand this reach to continue helping businesses provide the best conversational journey for all of their customers in a way that looks out for not only the business’s profits, but also the customer’s privacy and safety.
