Quixel is looking for a highly motivated Senior Producer to join our growing team.Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to·      Organize, schedule and minute internal meetings between asset teams·      Ensure all tracking documents, applications and databases related to digital production assets are accurately maintained and kept up to date·      Assist in research and creation of presentations for Chief of Content to inform and deliver to wider teams and stakeholders·      Coordinate administrative and licensing requirements all asset teams·      Ensure quality check/consistency before publishing from all asset teams·      Ensure regular data backups, consolidated data organization and archiving·      Liaise with sales and marketing to assist in scheduling and prioritizing delivery of assets while maintaining accurate inventoryExperience and Qualifications·      2+ years of experience within a Games/VFX/Archviz studio, network or high-volume production company·      Good communication and leadership qualities·      High proficiency in spoken and written English·      Ability to communicate and work with teams in different time zones·      Familiarity with graphics and games·      Familiarity with task tracking and management tools·      Knowledge of VFX and Game pipelines helpful·      Strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills with a proactive mentality·      Working knowledge of Slack, Google Docs, Asana and any 3D/2D software helpfulPreferred location·      Stockholm/Uppsala, Sweden  Quixel Products: Quixel Megascans (including Megascans Bridge) — an industry-leading library of scanned assets based on real-world scan data.Quixel Mixer — a revolutionary tool leveraging scan data to empower artists and improve their workflow.Quixel Suite (NDO, DDO, 3DO) — a comprehensive detailing and texturing toolset. About Quixel:Quixel specializes in building best-in-class art tools for a spectrum of companies in the visual arts space, including games, VFX, visualization, and mobile.
