Ensure the correct processing of all incoming and/or outgoing payments in compliance with policies, procedures, governance & regulations.
Perform financial transactions whilst always ensuring the verification, correct system usage and proper administration of all accounting and customer data.
Prepare and keep record of financial documentation, such as Tax returns, bills, POs invoices, payroll information, bank deposits.
Periodically reconcile the accounting ledger and contribute to a well-executed process of month, quarter and annual closing.
Liaise with internal and external customers to verify discrepancies, resolve billing issues & chase payments.

What are we looking for?
Intermediate vocational education in Finance/Administration.
2-3 years of experience in similar role.
Knowledge and Experience in Office (Excel) and ERP-systems (preferably JD Edwards Enterprise One)
Good communicative skills towards colleagues verbally and in writing English and Swedish or any Scandinavian language is a plus.
You have strong analytical skills. You can solve problems by unraveling situations, processes, and issues.

This role would see you as a key member of the European HR team who supports the Nordic group (Sweden, Finland, Norway & Denmark), Poland and Baltics along with some departments in European Headquarters in Eindhoven. Are you the newest Shimano Ambassador?!
We are looking for someone who is passionate about placing stories about our products and services line up in consumer and lifestyle spanning print, online and broadcast media. You manage and create a database of PR, media, press and influencer contacts. You take care of translations and proofreading in Swedish, as well as coordination of translations from your Nordic colleagues. You write and create newsletters and provide relevant content to our Nordic customers and follow up on these communicative activities. You are also responsible for our media advertising in the Nordics. Your scope is the Nordic region: Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. Another big part of the role is to support with local marketing activities in Sweden. Examples of tasks would be providing customers with product texts and images they use for their websites and stores. Helping out with dealer events and also being the first line support for marketing related questions is also part of this role.
You will join the Swedish Marketing Team in Uppsala, and be part of the Nordic marketing team, consisting of 11 colleagues with different expertise, where you report to the Marketing Manager and Country Manager.

?The Challenge
Frequently and proactively monitor and analyze coverage of Shimano in the media, to proactively manage opportunities and threats;

Write (SEO friendly) newsletters, articles and social media captions;
Build and maintain a database of PR, media, press and influencer contacts. Ensuring you engage with and be an ambassador of Shimano;
Act as advisors to other colleagues on effectively delivering information to customers and the general public;
Responsible for the tone and message of internal/external communication being in line with the desired image of Shimano;
Formulate the PR/ Communications/ Media and budget plan, to focus the activities in area of responsibility;
Local marketing responsibilities to support customers and marketing activities in Sweden (e.g providing customers with marketing material, supporting with events and being the first line support for marketing related questions).



What are we looking for?
You have excellent Swedish and English language skills (both verbally and written);

Skriva (SEO) nyhetsbrev, artiklar och texter till sociala medier.
Regelbundet och förutseende följa och analysera hur Shimano syns i media, för att proaktivt hantera möjligheter och risker.
Bygga och underhålla en PR-databas med media och influencers, samt skapa relationer med Shimano- ambassadörer.
Vara rådgivare till dina kollegor inom kommunikation med kunder eller allmänheten.
Formulera en PR-/kommunikations-/media- och budgetplan för fokusaktiviteter inom ansvarsområdet.
Ansvara för den lokala marknaden genom att stödja kunder och implementera marknadsaktiviteter i Sverige och Island (exempelvis förse kunderna med marknadsmaterial, hjälpa till vid event, samt vara den första kontakten för marknadsrelaterade frågor).

Vad vi söker
Genomförd utbildning i grafisk design / visuell identitet, eller motsvarande erfarenhet inom design.
3 års yrkeserfarenhet från liknande position.
Gedigen erfarenhet av applikationerna i Adobe Creative Suite (In-Design, Illustrator och Photoshop). Kan du även arbeta med rörligt material och animationer är det meriterande.

In this role you will ensure correct financial administration for our Danish Sales Office (Shimano Denmark). You will be busy with credit control, registering payments & releasing orders. Do you have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and are you always thinking in solutions? A self-starter with a lot of positive energy and a customer centric mindset? You will join the finance team in Uppsala (Nordic headquarters).
The Challenge
You collect the money from our debtors and ensure a proper registration within our ERP system (JD Edwards Enterprice One), including a timely and correct maintenance of the customer master database;
You closely monitor the accounts receivables to ensure a timely collection of the amounts. In case of overdue you will contact the customer and/or prepare direct debits;
Monitor on a daily basis unapplied cash and payments which haven't been matched completely with the outstanding invoices, consequently take action;
Check held orders and review customer accounts to establish, in cooperation with sales, appropriate credit limit position or release the orders;
You periodically prepare accurate reports regarding bad debts provision and accounts receivable analysis including feedback and recommendations to the stakeholders;
Be an active player in the monthly closing process within the Accounts Receivable area and contribute to the development of AR/IC procedures and controls.

What are we looking for?
You have an intermediate vocational education preferably towards Finance/Administration;
You have 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative/ customer service job (preferably in Finance);
You have excellent English skills, both verbally and written (other Nordic languages are considered a plus);
Working experience with the Microsoft Office package (e.g. Excel, Word etc.);
You have strong analytical skills. You are able to solve problems by unraveling situations, processes and issues;
You have concern for order, quality and accuracy. You are working carefully with eye for detail.
