What you’ll do
Preparing technical documents to be used during manufacturing to ensure the quality of the product.
Review and approve technical documents such as material certificate, welding documentation etc. delivered by manufacturer
Work with suppliers to ensure that they deliver the documentation that we need
Transmittal of documentation to customer throughout the projects
Present product documentation to customers during FAT
Finalize customer documentation binders

Who you are
Good knowledge in Swedish and english, written and spoken
Experience from documentation preferably related to the Biopharmaceutical industry
Excellent administrative and planning skills
Good understanding and experience from Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Well developed communication- and team working skills
A service and customer focused mindset
Ability to take initiative and drive your work forward

As our Material Manager you are responsible for all sourcing of spare parts and maintenance materials to our Wind Turbines in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia and Lithuania. You are also responsible to monitor the stock movements at the storage location and making sure the countries stock targets are met. Managing the stock levels to meet demands and monitoring stock movements so correct stock levels are available at the service points, keeping the operational stock costs as low as possible.You have daily contact with our service organisation out in the field as well as communication with our Spare Parts Management department in Rostock and Hamburg. We think you have Supply Chain background with the ability and mindset to give equal support and guidance to the local field operations as well as to the North Management team. You will be a part of our Operations Support team that service the full North Region in total 11 countries and you will have Material Manager colleagues in other countries. The job is based in Uppsala, Sweden.
