Do you love multiplayer games but hate high latency? Do you wish that you could fix it and have ownership for the entire process? Then look no further!
We’re looking for a Online multiplayer programmer for our fast paced Hack & Slash game Go Fight Fantastic! In this role you will have ownership of the entire process of implementing the online multiplayer system from start to finish by working in both Photon Fusion and Unity.
As a part of our studio you’ll be working in a team that is cozy, playful and creative with a passion for games. We’re a small team consisting of 8 people and a dog which means that you will be part of a team where everyone's input is valued and where we create the game together.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Can code in C#
- Has vast experience working in Unity
- Has extensive experience of programming either within the industry or hobby projects.
- Has experience with planning netcode structure/topology
- Is good at managing their own tasks and work both independently and together as a team
- Is ready to take on a big project
- Is fluent in English
Highly desired:
- Can work in Uppsala, Sweden
- Working with multiplayer in other engines or frameworks, for example Photon Bolt or UNET/Mirror
Bonus:
- Like to take on different parts of the game development process
- Has experience with porting to multiple platforms
Start date: As soon as possible.
