We are looking for a Producer with an eye for detail who wants to get right into working with Kinda Brave studios for our upcoming titles. In this role you’ll start by working closely with our team while being a guiding star for the Publishing group that includes Marketing, Sales, QA, Release Management and keep our games on track. We’re looking for someone with good energy and great soft skills who is excited to support our indie teams from a publishing perspective and help bring their ideas to fruition. In this role you will start by working closely with our QA staff to ensure that our titles release at the best possible quality. We have multiple titles in production at one point and you'll be a part of improving the quality of all titles from start to finish. You will also oversee external QA teams during heavy testing periods, ensuring that coverage is completed correctly.

Job Description
You will be responsible for the IT infrastructure and hardware management for Publishing and studios, with the ability to prioritize alongside the business strategy. You are skilled in IT infrastructure technology, such as networking, server maintenance, IT Security, Active Directory administration and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. The role demands a blend of technical expertise and service minded approach.
Responsibilities
Define the ongoing hardware and IT infrastructure maintenance requirements together with Publishing and Studio Leadership
IT Security Management: creating and maintaining a safe and compliant infrastructure
IT support and troubleshooting hardware and software, including setting up an efficient workflow, setting up new employees' hardware and software, Active Directory and Office 365 management, support and help employees with IT related problems
Device/Asset management: buying, setting up and tracking all hardware
Game Development support: build servers, platform and more
Support our websites and digital workspaces

Qualifications and Requirements
+5 years IT practical experience within IT infrastructure and network
Project management and/or management experience
Proficient in Active Directory and Network infrastructure protocols
Fluent in English, both written and spoken

While not required, we’re especially interested in candidates with
A genuine interest in gaming
Experience working in the video game industry to understand both standard hardware and infrastructure set up for platforms such as Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo etc
Experience working with versioning software, especially Perforce
Experience in working with development kit hardware
Experience from different operating systems (MacOS, Windows 10/11, Linux, iOS and Android)

Our growing group of over 30 employees has been up and running for little over a year, meaning any candidate should relish the thought of working in a start-up environment created by experienced professionals.
The position will initially be partially from Uppsala and either remote or at our offices on Wallingatan in Stockholm. From fall 2022, the position will primarily be based in our brand-new offices in Uppsala. Parttime remote work will always be allowed, but this position will mostly be based at our Uppsala office.

Job Description:
You will take a lead role in all recruitment efforts, planning, developing and implementing effective Talent Acquisition and Retention strategies for our group that reflects our commitments to equality, diversity and inclusivity, building and promoting our employer brand in relevant networks.
Your tasks will be many, including ad drafting, headhunting, interviewing and candidate evaluation. You will build a recruitment database and set recruitment KPI that will allow for continuous evaluation and improvement to our processes.
Your scope of work will include our publishing organization as well as all of our studios, meaning a large proportion of specialist recruitment for exciting and interesting roles within game development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Multiple years of experience running recruitment in a Talent Acquisition role or similar
Familiarity with a range of selection methods (interviews, practical tests, psychological tests etc.)
Appreciation for and hands on experience with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies that promotes equality, diversity, and inclusion
Personality as that of an organised team player with good time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with an ability to run recruitment with an operational excellence that ensures positive candidate experiences
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
