We are looking for a senior member of Etraveli Group working with our Dynamic Global Tax function. The role we are offering includes a leading responsible for the Tax issues of all our entities, New Legal entities, as well as Transfer Pricing.
You will:
Play a significant role in the Tax awareness and Tax governance of the Group
Identify, evaluate and assist (directly in the case of Swedish issues and indirectly on material overseas matters) in closing out tax risks on a timely basis
Prepare reports to executive management on tax matters
Review the Group Transfer Pricing Documentation of the different entities of the Group and the TP calculations.
Support in the internalization part of the Group
Manage the relationship with external tax service providers where needed



Requirements
For this position we are looking for an ambitious, senior proactive team leader with medium/ large practice environment (preferably multinational or audit firm) in Tax and Transfer Pricing area. You have a strong attention to detail and can demonstrate end to end ownership of complex project with many stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in verbal and written English and Swedish
Strong at working with multiple stakeholders and prioritising numerous concurrent projects
Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment
Advanced degree in Tax or Accounting preferred; Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Law required
Knowledge of a broad range of corporate tax matters, with experience of the Financial Services industry and/or Technology sector is advantageous
USGAAP knowledge is meritorious

Uppsala tax
Our tax team in Uppsala consists of nine people specializing in different areas of  tax law. The tax team in Uppsala is a full service team that advise primarily small and medium size companies and its owners on national and international tax issues as well as direct and indirect tax . As a member of our team, you will be involved in a wide range of projects with stimulating tasks providing highly qualified and relevant advice to our clients. We provide tax advice in matters concerning cross-border transactions, tax compliance, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, entrepreneurial businesses, the financial sector, the nonprofit sector, transfer pricing, indirect tax  and much more. You will be working closely with all members of the tax group and thereby have the opportunity to work within a number of different areas of tax law and towards a wide variety of clients.

Preferred skills
We need to strengthen our teams with candidates who have an Swedish academic degree in Law. It is meritorious if you have studied tax law and/or have relevant work experience, but it is not a requirement. ?
To be successful in this role we want you to have a genuine interest in tax law and consulting. Due to our investment in Tax technology, we would also value any interest you may have in IT-related matters and systems. Furthermore, we expect you to have a high working capacity, great analytical ability and good language skills in Swedish and English. Swedish is our primary working language.
