We're now looking for one Return and warranty Agent to join our warehouse Team in Uppsala for a temporary position running until the end of March 2024. The warehouse will be moved after that and you will also be a part of related tasks to the move.

Until then, you are one of our Return and Warranty Agents responsible for the correct assessment of returned items from both private and business customers, keeping our IT systems updated with relevant information, and communicating with other departments regarding returns and warranties. You work both administratively with your computer and hands-on with our products. Besides your main tasks, you also work with other tasks within the warehouse as the workload changes from day to day, especially during peak season which is just around the corner.

THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN?

- Quality control of returned products

- Making decisions on approved or non-approved returns, sellable or non-sellable products, and sorting them accordingly.

- Handling transactions in DW IT systems

- Communication and cooperation with customer service, sales departments and warehouse

- Investigating and solving errands related to returns, engaging with customers through e-mail until a solution is found

- Identify repeated quality or process issues and propose improvement

- Supporting other departments with our pick-and-pack process

- Aid the warehouse in the moving process 2024

WHO YOU ARE?

- English fluency

- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products

- Strong sense of quality, a trustworthy personality, and customer-oriented

- Ability to work under a high workload and work autonomously without losing quality in your performance

- Experience in ERP system operation is considered a plus

- Experience in reverse logistics handling is considered a plus

We're now looking for a manager for our Return and Warranty Team in our warehouse in Uppsala. This is an opportunity for you with a background in customer service, and a passion for leadership as well as processes, to step into?a managerial role.

THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN
Your main area of responsibility will be to ensure that we offer the best possible service to our customers and that the policies and strategies for the returns & warranty are in line with the organizational standards and visions. You will engage in the development of the function and identify possible improvements. That means we want you to take ownership, be creative and make lasting impressions as well as:?

- Lead the Return & Warranty team, directly reporting to you.
- Collaborate with internal, external, and global stakeholders
- Analyze root causes of warranty claims and identify methods to reduce claims
- Ensure targets are reached and are relevant
- Help production (returns, picking/packing, etc.) when needed, i.e. peak season
- Help to develop our return teams on a global scale


WHO YOU ARE
Your communication is your biggest strength but your passion for outstanding service is your north star. If you have previous experience from working at a warehouse, we might as well be a perfect match, but it is not a must.
