You'll drive quality and continuous improvement while managing recruiting, onboarding, and coaching.


You will
Coach and serve the team members
Manage, train, and recruit members of the development team.
Drive continuous improvement in architecture
Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with other team leaders and departments
Maintain a high level of expertise in relevant technologies, for you and for the team members





We are looking for
BS/BA in a technical field such as Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience in applying agile ideas and methods to software development projects
Experience in architecting real-world non-trivial web applications and business systems
Pedagogical and outgoing personality
Experience in explaining and/or teaching technical skills to technical and non-technical coworkers and stakeholders





Experience in the following is meriting
Hands-on experience from the java ecosystem (like JEE, Spring Boot, and ORM-tools)
Hands-on experience with Typescript
Experience from managing and mentoring a team of engineers
Passion to learn new things and develop people
Experience in recruiting
Experience in the airline industry or working with booking systems

Are you passionate about programming?
We are recruiting a Junior Software Developer to build new solutions for the travel industry. You will join our growing development team in our Uppsala office where we spend the core office hours.


You will:
Develop backend solutions in TypeScript
Deploy your code to production daily
Run state-of-the-art serverless programming model using CloudFlare
Every two weeks estimate and plan the upcoming sprint together with the rest of the team
Learn on the job



We are looking for:
Genuine interest in programming
At least 3 years of university studies in technology or natural sciences
Fluent in English, Swedish is a plus


Experience with some of the following is extra merit:

Unit and system testing

As a Junior Java Engineer you will be a part of our growing development team in our Uppsala office.
What you will do:
Develop payment products in Java as well as other programming languages
Deploy your code to production daily
Work directly with our customers to solve their needs
Every second week estimate and plan the upcoming sprint together with the rest of the team

What we are looking for:
