Laboratory technician or engineer

Ridgeview is a small company (10 persons) based in Uppsala where we work together as a highly motivated team in an international environment. We are expanding and looking for a laboratory technician to support daily in-house operation related to instrument development, product quality, service research and logistics.
To be successful in this position, we believe you have:
· University or technical college degree within life science. Work experience is a huge plus (both within and outside of life science sector).
· Experience with culturing of (human) cell lines
· A strong ability to work in a team and a hands-on mentality
· A Responsible, thorough and structured way of working while always having quality in mind
· Good proficiency in English in both speaking and writing (this is our working language).
Development of LigandTracer products requires a broad expertise and experience in mechanical and electronic engineering as well as the ability to evaluate product performance in a laboratory setting that includes human cell culture. Experience in any of these areas is highly beneficial for this role.

At Ridgeview Instruments AB, we provide instrument and software products to study biological interactions with live cells in real-time. We are expanding the number of applications even further and are looking for a development engineer that can handle both biological and mechanical engineering challenges. Th position is for a dedicated project that has a duration of at least one year.
To be successful in this position, you need to have:
- A master degree level in cell or molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmacology, or similar.
- Experience with LigandTracer-based interaction analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English (this is our working language) and a profound knowledge of Chinese languages to communicate the developed application to our Chinese customers. Visa mindre
