We at Spagank are currently looking for a designer to join us on our journey. In this role you will be working with a systemic game and have ownership of creating chaotic gameplay scenarios where anything can happen! You are someone who likes to build, script, and play around in various systems while letting your creativity soar and imagination run wild.

We’re a small tech-oriented team which means that you’ll be working independently and closely with our programmers to design systems and generate ideas while providing support where needed. To excel in this role having knowledge and experience of what a full game cycle looks like is key!

Collaborate with the lead game designer to realize the game’s vision.
Take ownership over delegated areas of game design.

Document and communicate changes to peers and stakeholders.
Approach development as an iterative process with clearly defined goals.
Plan out and complete work with minimal direction or oversight from managers/producers.
Break down goals into estimated tasks, in collaboration with production unit / strike team (if applicable).
Lead by example and tutor any less experienced game designers. You can take on a mentor role.



Qualifications
