Business Partnership, Growth and Marketing Strategy:
Develop and lead global growth strategies and marketing plans for the Radio pharmacy business, including value proposition design, market positioning, and promotional strategy.
Define and own the global marketing plan, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, marketing mix, and alignment of regional execution across all geographies.
Lead global strategy for trade shows, customer visits, demo sites, and other customer engagement activities.
Partner with Regional Marketing & Product Managers to deliver effective product, commercial, and sales training programs for Sales Specialists & Generalists.
Drive market share growth through successful commercial activation, new product introductions (NPIs), and installed-base growth programs.
Lead the Marketing Commercial Activation process across all Radio pharmacy product segments.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing communications, digital teams, and other enabling functions to ensure integrated, impactful marketing execution globally.

Customer Insights:
Develop deep customer understanding through qualitative and quantitative insights, assessing customer problems, unmet needs, and product performance.
Evaluate portfolio performance vs. customer expectations and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Create and manage a global segmentation strategy to strengthen value propositions and improve targeting.
Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to enhance product, process, and service effectiveness.
Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market shifts that may impact global strategy.

Competitive Intelligence & Portfolio:
Lead the collection, synthesis, and distribution of competitive insights to inform business and product strategies.
Define portfolio positioning, pricing strategies, and targeting approaches to support market share growth.
Assess and communicate portfolio competitiveness across regions and segments, considering current performance and future market dynamics.
Support organic and inorganic growth initiatives through competitive assessments, opportunity analysis, and market research guidance.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, Biosciences or a related field.
10+ years marketing/commercial experience with 5+ years of product marketing experience
3+ years of experience in field or region product marketing experience, including product launch and/or pricing experience.
Knowledge of healthcare market
Fluent in English
Excellent project management skills. Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and functions across a matrix organization
Strong oral and written communication skills.

The Finance Analyst of the Radiopharmacy business is responsible for providing the strategic P&L and operational finance leadership to the Radiopharmacy business. The Finance Analyst will serve as business partner to the operating team to drive business initiatives and strategies and make investment trade-offs, while driving global growth, profitability, and cash.

Roles and Responsibilities
Establish the operating plan, quarterly forecasts and actuals reporting for the Radiopharmacy (RP) P&L with a focus on delivering global operational growth. Support LTS, WWPP, Budget, S2S and other planning mechanisms.
Partner with the regions and operations teams to prioritize and trade-off new production introductions (NPIs) and installed base (IB) projects through financial modeling, forecast and manage the gross program spend, and work on cost productivity projects to drive cost out
Partner with the supply chain and services teams to manage wing to wing RP financial support, identify and implement process improvements, and drive operational improvements
Support the RP operating GM and MICT Senior Finance Manager by conducting analysis at a SBU franchise level to give better visibility into the financials and delivery on growth, productivity, and cash
Develop reporting packages and presentations for monthly and quarterly senior leadership operation reviews
Support the GL Prod Integration, moving RP off the Pyramid ERP. The integration is expected to complete in the 2H ’25 timeframe
Support the Chengdu facility accounting. This includes the tracking of kits shipped, cross charges, and budget oversight


Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field from a university or college preferred

Responsible for the design and engineering of power electronics and high-power RF systems (~15 kW / 25-100 MHz); designing, developing, optimizing, and evaluating electronic components, power supplies, and integrated circuitry for Cyclotron and Tracer Center products. Required Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in RF and power electronics design, with the ability to drive projects and work independently or as a team player while delivering innovative, high-quality solutions.
Fluency in English and Swedish (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in Cadence Allegro PCB Design and OrCAD Capture (or equivalent ECAD tools). Proven expertise in high-power applications (up to 50 kW and ~100 MHz), component selection, and EMC compliance.

As a Technical Designer TRACERcenter, you will be responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function.
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
· Responsible for preparation of site installation drawings of medical equipment in Autodesk AutoCAD. Drawings based on the technical requirements, workflow needs, local specifications and other provided documentation.
