Kvalifikationer:
- För att vara framgångsrik i denna roll ser vi att du har intresse och/eller tidigare erfarenhet av systemförvaltning, programmering och/eller masterdatahantering samt ett stort uttalat intresse av att vidareutvecklas inom detta område i en laboratorienära verksamhet.
- Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift, och har lätt att ta in information och skriva komplicerade ihophängande sammanhang i röd tråd.
- Du har goda kunskaper i Excel.
- Programmeringskunskaper i Visual Basic eller är meriterande. LIMS masterdata konfigureras framförallt genom modulär "no-code" vilket innebär att efter den systemspecifika introduktionskursen kommer du, som gillar att tänka logiskt och har sinne för detaljer samt ett uttalat intresse att lära dig mer, klara dig fint även om du inte besitter en djup programmeringserfarenhet idag.
- Det är även meriterande om du har något/några års laboratorieerfarenhet, förstår laboratorieprocesser och hur dessa effektiviseras och kan översättas digitalt. Därtill meriterande är tidigare arbetserfarenhet av förvaltning, utveckling, kvalificering och validering av datoriserade system i en GMP/ISO-styrd verksamhet.
- Som person är du strukturerad, ansvarstagande, driven, nytänkande och målmedveten. Du är duktig på att driva dina arbetsuppgifter framåt och arbetar självgående. Du besitter god problemslösningsförmåga för kod, dokument, rutiner och har lätt för att se övergripande samband. Du agerar serviceinriktat och trivs med att samarbeta nära med dina kollegor.

Ansvar:I rollen som LIMS systemingenjör kommer du, tillsammans med drivna och trevliga kollegor, att ha ett gemensamt huvudansvar över systemet och framförallt designa, skapa och underhålla masterdata/templat i systemet. Du kommer att ha ett nära samarbete med de som använder systemet inom kvalitetsavdelningen (QC) och produktionen för att planera och ta fram masterdata efter verksamhetens behov och krav. LIMS är ett globalt styrt datoriserat GxP system, stort fokus kommer att ligga i att förbättra, och dokumentera, instruktionsstyrda arbetssätt och rutiner för en effektiv lokal förvaltning av LIMS.

Hays Life Science is recruiting a Director for Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs to Gyros Protein Technologies in Uppsala. The role is based in the Uppsala office, with a global responsibility for Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.





Your new role

As a Director QA-RA, you will play a key role in the company, fully owning the QA and RA functions and responsibilities, such as e.g. the QMS system. The role has a global responsibility for Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs. Currently, there are no direct reports in the role, but operational leadership for US-based colleague is part of the responsibilities.

The majority of the role relates to Quality Assurance, while Regulatory Affairs is a new addition to the role. As overall QA representative, you will report on QA matters in executive management team meetings. With regard to Quality Assurance, you will be releasing products or delegating that authority.

Travel to the US is expected, but limited to a few times per year.

Your new role

As Scientific Content Manager, you will play a key role in developing & managing high-quality, product-focused, & application-specific content in the ligand binding analysis domain. You support go-to-market strategies & ensure that all content is accurate, relevant, & aligned with marketing objectives. This includes:

* Developing & managing scientific content tailored to ligand binding analysis products, incl. white papers, case studies, application notes, blog posts
* Supporting distribution of scientific content across channels, incl. the company website, social media, scientific publications, conferences
* Conducting technical reviews of all scientific content to ensure it meets high standards for accuracy, depth & clarity
