Project structure Uppsala expansion
Our environment is changing and we need to change with it to be able to meet new demands in our future. We at Operations Sweden are very excited to plan an expansion of Fresenius Kabi’s production in Uppsala by integrating a new manufacturing building in adjacent to our plant in Fyrislund. In order to increase our capacity and maximize output within Operations Sweden we are also expanding our important warehouse. We have a new three-year strategy Engage21 in which we focus on modernization and digitalization. To align with Engage21 we are increasing the degree of automation in our department Weighing and Dispensing. These plans create a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a part of a brand-new Program Management Team. Expansion will be managed by the program management team in close alignment with the Operations management team and together they will be a part of creating Fresenius Kabi´s and Operations Sweden’s new future and have a huge impact in the organization. The program will comprise several closely linked expansion projects, each managed by a dedicated project team. We are now searching for members of the program management team which will contain a Program Manager, Engineering Manager, Integration & Start Up Manager, Project Managers, Program Controller and Program Assistant. Job Description
The Project Manager ensures customer satisfaction (user) by activity and resource planning, organizing a proper team, follow up on project targets (e.g. CTP), conducting risk assessments and frequently report progress.
Main duties and responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of project
Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. project process etc.)
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
Define project tasks and resource requirements (WBS)
Develop full scale project plans
Assemble and coordinate project staff
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Manage project budget
Manage project resource allocation
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Quality assurance
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Project evaluations and assessment of results
Prepare BU and FC
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
Qualification in project management or equivalent
Min 5 years of Project Management Experience, preferable in pharma business
Ability to create an environment of trust
Excellent oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English
Exemplify a passion for winning and ability to motivate a team
Excellent analytical, creativity, problem solving, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Proficient in project management software
Excellent time management skills
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, employees, vendors
Proven management, motivation, mentoring, influencing, and organization skills of teams
Ability to effectively manage and build relationships across departments locally as well as globally
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
