Job description:



As an Automation Engineer, you will manage, plan, and oversee the implementation of engineering plans and programs related to operational automation systems and manufacturing lines, ensuring they meet required safety and performance standards. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing engineering plans, analyzing issues and trends in manufacturing automation systems, and providing reliable solutions to maintain the sustainability of manufacturing lines. Additionally, you will develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensure compliance, support operations, and represent the company in projects and interactions with suppliers. ?



Key responsibilities:

*

Provide expert troubleshooting and maintenance support for existing automation systems, ensuring maximum uptime and system performance. Program and configure automation systems, PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA solutions.
*

Support Design and develop automation solutions for biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
*

Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure alignment with site and project requirements.
*

Implement best practices for system reliability, scalability, and (OEE) Overall Equipment efficiency.
*

Create automation related change controls and execute CSV activities.
*

Investigate automation related deviations and support other deviations.
*

Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
*

Perform automation computer system support activities (e.g., system backups, performance monitoring, password maintenance, etc.)
*

Provide technical support for automation control system platforms and/or process information systems (e.g., data historians).
*

Execute all work in a manner consistent with GMP and Galderma policies, procedures, and standards.
*

Technical and firsthand automated equipment troubleshooting, repair, and improvements. Lead in root cause and corrective action (RCCA).
*

Good knowledge of project management process.
*

Conform with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules. Assist in regulatory and internal Compliance audits.



Skills & Qualifications

*

Bachelor's degree in electrical, control or electronic engineering
*

Minimum of 3 years' experience in automation configuring automation systems, PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA solutions.
*

Previous experience within GMP and Part 11 or alternatively from a related regulatory industry.
*

Experience with SCADA systems, historian, Siemens, WinCC, iFix, Wonderware, etc.
*

Experience in capital project execution and machinery/system design.
*

Professional level in English, desirable Swedish.

How will you make an impact?

Reporting to the Senior Manager Contract Manufacturing, we are looking for a Supply Chain Quality Engineer based in our Uppsala facility. You will play an important role to lead and co-ordinate product quality of a portfolio currently primarily consisting of instruments and spare parts, collaborating with sourcing, logistics, R&D as well as the suppliers. The role will work to ensure delivered quality from our suppliers during product care phase and represent manufacturing and operations in projects. Project related responsibility has its focus on leading and ensuring successful design transfer moving from project to line activity. The role will represent manufacturing in all phases of the product life cycle.

The position and department are relatively new which is a step in the direction of increasing focus on this segment of products, supplied from contract manufacturers, from the supply chain and operations perspective. Therefore, this is a great opportunity for ato contribute to an already successful business. We look for someone who wants to be part of developing this segment towards securing high level of supplier quality and reliability for our internal and external customers. This role will suit a person who is comfortable working in an international environment, taking initiatives and having a customer centric approach.

You will be expected to drive improvements and a successful candidate will show attitude and examples showcasing continuous improvement comes naturally.




What will you do?

• Responsible for supplier quality through manufacturing audits and periodic review of supplier performance.
• Act as manufacturing lead in projects taking charge of the Design Process and Production Reviews to ensure a successful design transfer from projects to line activity/product care.
• Set up quality monitoring procedures, ensure manufacturing and quality metrics are in place, evaluate supplier performance and drive improvement actions.
• Prioritize and make decisions when supplier manufacturing issues occur.
• Manage quality complaints and non-conformities and secure the suppliers manufacturing process through corrective and preventive actions.
• Actively participate in cross functional Product Care forum to manage and prioritize amongst change requests
• Lead and facilitate change order management with supplier to ensure alignment and timely implementation
• Act as SME on manufacturing process and work across many parts of the organization, collaborating with R&D, Process engineering, Supply Chain, Service and suppliers.
• Highly involved in establishment and development of new suppliers, implementing the supplier quality toolbox for supplier quality evaluation and selection.



How will you get here?

Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor Science degree or equivalent experience, and with proven experience in quality assurance in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in written and oral English as you will frequently be operating in an international environment both internally and externally. Ideally proficient in written and oral Swedish.
• Experienced in working with problem solving, root causes identification tools and preventive measures.
• Project management profile and skills, communicative with solution and collaboration-oriented attitude with focus on delivering results in a cross functional setting
• Ability to work independently and driving activities towards set goals, typically initiating own tasks with input/guidance from manager

Responsible for being the interface between PMO and Sourcing working with contract management, risk mitigation, guided buy, SRM, compliance, strategy alignment and cost out projects.

Strong understanding of standard agreements NL, NLM, AB, and ABT.
Experience from working with Capex procurement.

Om rollen

Valueone söker en Senior Supplier Contract Manager till konsultuppdrag hos ett företag verksamt inom energisektorn i Uppsala. Uppdraget ska tillsättas snarast och varar till årsskiftet.

Om rollen

I rollen som Senior Supplier Contract Manager ansvarar du för hanteringen av avtal rörande investeringsprojekt inom energi och värme i Sverige, Tyskland och Nederländerna. Du ansvarar för att avtalsvillkoren uppfylls, för potentiella variationer och för att driva reklamationsärenden. Du deltar även i pågående förhandlingar med entreprenörer rörande kontraktsvillkor, tillägg och ändringar. Arbete sker i samarbete med projektledning, teknik, juridik och produktion. I ditt ansvarsområde ingår också att driva arbetsmiljöfrågor gentemot leverantörerna.

Som Senior Supplier Contract Manager ansvarar du även för att inköpsorder implementeras i SAP-systemet.

Erfarenhet och kompetenser

Vi söker dig som har minst åtta års arbetserfarenhet och en universitetsexamen inom relevant område (teknik, ekonomi, upphandling) eller motsvarande erfarenhet förvärvad på annat sätt. Personen vi söker måste ha kunskaper om stora, komplexa byggprojekt, särskilt av implementeringsfasen. Erfarenhet av entreprenadupphandling är avgörande för uppdraget liksom kännedom om AB 04, ABT 06, ABA99 samt kunskaper om offentlig upphandling, LOU och LUF. Har du dessutom arbetat med upphandling eller kontraktshantering inom energisektorn är det mycket meriterande. Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska samt engelska, i skrift och tal, är ett krav.

Erfarenhet av elektroniska anbudsverktyg som E-Avrop är meriterande liksom kunskaper i SAP.

God analytisk förmåga samt ett strukturerat arbetssätt är en tillgång för rollen. Du är en god kommunikatör och förhandlare med förmåga till innovativt tänkande. Du har tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta i en internationell miljö och fungerar bra i grupp. Du har lätt för att ta initiativ och förmår arbeta under pressade situationer.
