Om tjänsten:
Planeraren är spindeln i nätet och behöver ha översikt över produktionens flöden, lagernivåer, kundorder, interna ledtider och samtidigt ta hänsyn till resurser såsom personal och maskiner. Utifrån den informationen planeras produktionsordrar och produktionsplanen kommuniceras ut till berörda parter. Sedan sker en uppföljning för att säkerställa att planeringen har efterföljts med önskat resultat.

Krav och kvalifikationer:
Högskole- eller Civilingenjörsexamen med relevant inriktning eller motsvarande erfarenhet
Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.
Goda kunskaper i ERP-system, där kunskaper i Infor LN är särskilt meriterande.
Goda kunskaper i Microsoft Excel

Support F&L functions (Projects Managers, warehouse managers etc.) in estimating costs for new business opportunities to ensure alignment with growth and productivity plans.
Be the critical voice to identify the problem statements root causes of deviation to cost.
Actively participate in transportation alignment and tracking performance to awards and cost include negotiation.
Define global logistics vendor strategies, in collaboration with Logistics Operations, Sourcing and network optimization teams.
Lead and drive Outbound Freight Recovery Program (OBFR) with the business units, sourcing, and finance to increase the recovery rate.
Plan and roll out training programs for F&L team.

Qualifications
Ability to lead and influence people across different geographies, cultures, and levels of the organization is crucial.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Business Management with 5+ years of experience in supply chain including logistics and transportation, MBA is preferable.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and proven ability to clarify and resolve complex business issues by breaking them down into meaningful components to determine root cause.
Ability to approach problems systematically and develop scalable solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and program management skills.
Must be highly organized and able to multi-task with a clear bias for action and a sense of urgency on priorities.
Strong understanding of holistic end-to-end supply chain from both operations and business perspective.
Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of time.
Fluent in English is required.

Om Tjänsten

Som Produktionsplanerare kommer du initialt att hantera planeringsarbetet för våra stora system med säkring av systemdata och vara länken mellan projektledare, produktion och Inköp. Det är en tjänst som kräver att man duktig på kommunikation och trivs att arbeta tvärfunktionellt.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden

- Planera, följa upp och styra planeringen av våra K-system

- Planera tillverkning & materielbehov samt styra underliggande planer och aktiviteter för att möta huvudplanen.

- Planera beläggning och kapacitet

- Beläggningsutjämning av personal och utrustning

- Kontinuerlig avstämning av beläggning, kapacitet och efterfråga

- Säkerställa Artikelvård i ERP med ansvar för planeringsfunktionen.

- Utveckla och implementera förbättringsarbete kopplat till planeringens processer, rutiner och system.

Skallkrav

- Högskoleingenjör/Civilingenjör alternativt Ekonomexamen inom relevant område

- Svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

What you’ll do
The GSC Global Learning & Development Lead will lead end to end supply chain process ownership and a consistency of approach to how learning and development processes are managed and developed. The job holder ensures that learning and development plans are in line with the Business requirements. The job holder also ensures that investment and development in the various learning and development processes are strategically aligned and that we have the capability and expertise to maximise the business returns. They are instrumental in defining and mobilizing the relevant business input and resource for delivery of Learning & Development processes and tools.
Key responsibilities include:
Manage the team GSC Learning & Development Regional Leads to develop and implement the vision, strategy and standards for GSC governance for learning and development processes.
Work with the GSC Learning & Development Regional Leads to define a process to prioritize, standardize, monitor, measure and report on learning and development plans and achievements.
Manage and develop direct reporting staff expenditure within agreed budgets
Present ideas, thoughts, and projects to senior management to get buy-in on improvement projects; serving as a recognized expert and resource leader for GSC Learning & Development
Liaise with other senior functional leads e.g. IT, HR, DBS leads to understand all necessary aspects of learning and development, and to ensure they are fully informed of the learning and development objectives, purposes, standards and achievements
Take primary responsibility for the annual formulation of the GSC Learning & Development strategic roadmap and subsequent execution of the roadmap.
Maintain awareness and knowledge of external, Danaher and Cytiva processes, learning and development theory and tools and provide suitable interpretation to stakeholders, managers and staff within the Cytiva GSC organization.
Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care

Global Service Engineering is as a team responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of service product features, technical publications, initial training, global parts availability, and service process validation.
What You'll Do
Global Services Engineering are involved in all new hardware/software development projects to ensure that our products meet the desired and required design for the service level expected from a modern product. Once a new product has been launched, we are also a natural part in the life cycle management process. We also provide remote and on-site support to our field service engineers when required.
The Lead Service Engineering – IT/DB Specialist will lead Global service support for customer sites and provide support to customer projects through strong understanding and experience of network and database administration. Additional responsibilities include: Leading NPI (New Product Introduction) projects to define and set standards for Networking requirements, supporting control systems and programming for customer related projects and systems maintenance..
Duties include (but are not limited to):
Providing networking and database administration support to Global regional Field Service Engineers through remote and on-site activities

Identifying areas where development of local expertise is needed and recommending and providing training to Field Service Engineers

Providing advice to global team on NPIs to ensure continuous development of product quality and serviceability

Who you are
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related technological field
5+ years of relevant recent experience in networking administration or a related field
Strong understanding of and experience with networking and database administration and database queries
Experience with operating systems (Windows Server 2003/2008), AutoCAD, MS project, Visio and MS office Suite
Knowledge of networking & firewalls (understand our customer IT needs and work with them to come up with a suitable solution)
Knowledge of Switches, routers and remote connectivity (config and secure connection to the outside world) as well as OPC Servers, OPC Data (UA & DA), OPC Bridge & Tunnellers, DCOM and Data Servers
