Key responsibilities:

New Product Introduction: Coordinate the launch of new products and product upgrades from a supply chain perspective. Develop and execute launch plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely product availability.

Lifecycle Management: Manage the full lifecycle of products, from development through to discontinuation. Establish supply plans for new products in agreement with market and Global Supply Chain requirements. Implement strategies for efficient phase-in/phase-out of products to optimize supply chain efficiency.

Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to the product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
*

Change Management: Develop and implement change control processes for efficient product changes. Maintain accurate documentation and product data. Monitor regulatory status of product assortments for production planning. Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, or equivalent experience/qualification

Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing supply chain plans
*

Experience in a regulated environment would be an advantage
*

Fluent in English and Swedish

Om tjänsten:
Planeraren är spindeln i nätet och behöver ha översikt över produktionens flöden, lagernivåer, kundorder, interna ledtider och samtidigt ta hänsyn till resurser såsom personal och maskiner. Utifrån den informationen planeras produktionsordrar och produktionsplanen kommuniceras ut till berörda parter. Sedan sker en uppföljning för att säkerställa att planeringen har efterföljts med önskat resultat.

The mission of the Business Process Improvement Specialist - Planning is to drive transformation and change in supply planning operations. This role focuses on delivering process excellence by analyzing, developing, and optimizing business processes within the planning team. Actively participate in transportation alignment and tracking performance to awards and cost include negotiation.
Define global logistics vendor strategies, in collaboration with Logistics Operations, Sourcing and network optimization teams.
Lead and drive Outbound Freight Recovery Program (OBFR) with the business units, sourcing, and finance to increase the recovery rate.

Qualifications
Ability to lead and influence people across different geographies, cultures, and levels of the organization is crucial.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Business Management with 5+ years of experience in supply chain including logistics and transportation, MBA is preferable.

Who you are

The GSC Global Learning & Development Lead will lead end to end supply chain process ownership and a consistency of approach to how learning and development processes are managed and developed. The job holder ensures that learning and development plans are in line with the Business requirements. What You'll Do
Global Services Engineering are involved in all new hardware/software development projects to ensure that our products meet the desired and required design for the service level expected from a modern product. Service level shift impact on cost, OTD and inventory. Visualized and communicated prior to decision-making.
Identify Standard Operating Procedures and guidelines as needed to improve logistic results and process rigor. Create and communicate change recommendation proposition, implement change control process as part of Standardized Project Management Program. Follow up in the “6 month review” as part of KPI

Who you are

Som Project Support Engineer kommer du att arbeta på ett välkänt, expansivt och internationellt företag i Uppsala som är verksamt inom läkemedelsbranschen. Essential Responsibilities:
In the custom parts team (CPT) we supply our customers through the service organization with non-regular spare parts. The CPT member overlook and handle the whole chain from request to final delivery.
Main tasks include:

The Life Sciences Service(LS) Custom Parts Specialist is responsible for driving world-class fulfillment of service spare parts transactions to enable high levels of customer (internal + external) satisfaction. Through strong collaboration with global supply chain, manufacturing sites, OEM/Suppliers, Global Services and Genpact.


Essential Responsibilities:
In the custom parts team (CPT) we supply our customers through the service organization with non-regular spare parts. The CPT member overlook and handle the whole chain from request to final delivery.
Interact with suppliers and our experts for fast response to the service organization on customized spare parts
Customer focus from start to the end through the whole chain
Ensure regular communication updates around custom parts status to stakeholders/customers
Contribute to the development and improvement of the quoting process
Responsible for creating the format for all packaging material used for custom spare part deliveries



Qualifications/Requirements:
Engineering degree from high school/engineering college or corresponding degree or equivalent knowledge or experience
Strong work experience
Proven project management or direct or indirect people leadership experience
Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and learn quickly
Understand that the customers determine our success
Knowledge on engineering design principles, architectures and advancements in engineering concepts and technologies
Effective communication skills and boundless behaviour—ability to present ideas and cases clearly and concisely
Experience of working in project teams meeting deadlines and deliverables
Fluent speaking and writing in English language



Desired Characteristics:
Technical degree such as B Sc in Engineering or similar or equivalent knowledge or experience
Experience working in a Service or Systems Engineering team
Experience of PDM-systems (Magic)
Experience of defining requirement specifications
Proven ability to work cross-functionally
Demonstrated supplier and manufacturing interface skills
Excellent communication, influencing skills and ability to gain buy-in for initiatives
Proven LEAN skills
