What are the different tasks?
Inspect previously installed plumbing systems at commercial and industrial sites
Troubleshoot plumbing problems and replace / repair systems, piping and fixtures as needed including working on call
Diagnose problems, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to piping, fixtures and associated components.
Commercial plumbing installation from underground/rough-ins, stack out to trim outs on large scale commercial and industrial construction projects such as, healthcare, government, educational, manufacturing, data centers and others.
Install hangers and supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation for water, gas, compressed air, medical gas, or other liquids.
Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications required for each job site to accurately install systems.
Installation of copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other piping.
Duties could include setting grease traps, decontamination tanks, oil interceptors, lint interceptors, utility hookups, etc.
Able to work from ladders and man lifts from various heights and operate the equipment as needed
Complete required electronic documentation daily on a handheld device

The Battery / Solar PV Technician will be part of the Alternative Energy Operations team. As an integral member of the team, the ideal candidate will work cooperatively with other team members to successfully complete the installation of battery storage systems, EV wall connectors and equipment, and solar PV systems safely and on time for residential, commercial, and government clientele.
Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly and installation of battery systems and mounting hardware, EV wall connectors/equipment.
Assist with the electrical wiring of all our products and services.
Work with the warehouse team to pull materials for each installation job.
Attend occasional team meetings and, when required, training sessions on new products, installation methodology, and safety.
Provide an exceptional customer throughout the process.

Responsibilities/Tasks
Support users in developing knowledge and skills related to Revit, BIM and NAC's standards and best practices, and apply them to projects;
Interface with construction firms for BIM-related activities in Design-Build projects and construction coordination where needed;
Support project teams in utilizing the BIM Execution Plan;

AlBirunia Site Engineer within the construction industry is part of the site management team and acts as day-to-day manager on a construction site, which can include liaising with third party stakeholders and managing the site facilities.


Typical duties and activities / Tasks

1. Acting as main point of call for technical advice
2. Checking plans, quantities and drawings to ensure accuracy
3. Overseeing health and safety
4. Overseeing and managing the site labour force and sub-contractors
5. Resolving any technical queries and other problems that may crop up
6. Liaising with clients and representatives which will include surveyors, Architects and Designers
7. Liaising with sub-contractors
8. Conduct engineering site audits to collect structural, electrical, and related site information for use in the design of residential or commercial solar power systems.

Site Engineers typically work 40-50 hours a week, but will sometimes be required to work longer hours during the busiest times.
