As Digital Content Marketing Manager you will work together with key stakeholders within IAR Systems to identify, develop and publish content that positions the company as a key player within its area. The workday is a mix of strategic work, operational content and campaign production, and alignment with key internal and external partners, service providers, and business partners. As the position is also accountable for partner marketing and programs, you will work with the Senior Product Marketing Managers to develop and nurture programs for different types and tiers of partners.
Your closest team members will be the Chief Marketing Communications Officer and team, but also the global field marketing managers. However, your primary target group is external stakeholders of all kinds. Your role is to build and fine-tune a digital marketing machine that scale across all IAR geographies. The role is accountable for establishing and developing practices and influencing and advising internally and to partners.
The position is based at HQ in Uppsala, but IAR is working with a hybrid/remote solution for the employees. You will be a part of the Marketing & Communications department and report directly to CMO. You have budget responsibility in the role and together with the CMCO- and Sales teams, you will become a significant part of developing and forming the IAR Systems marketing agenda.
Tasks and responsibilities
Development of the Marketing Strategy (with CMCO-team), Tactical plans (channels/engines), and content production as well as Agency Procurement for the development of these
Structural operational process development for Global execution
Framework for broader campaigns (Apr. 4 per year) and running the Always-on machinery. supporting a coherent storyline world-wide
Day-to-day management of the agency relationships and deliverables, business planning (budget, forecast, spend-control, review of outcomes)
Content production and campaign execution
Advice to stakeholders
Responsible for excellence in paid media (KPI depending on objective), channel selection/optimization, and format blueprints.
Responsible for excellence in communications to our existing contacts (KPI depending on objective) and channel selection/optimization, including format blueprints.
Responsible for attracting new followers in social media and email and nurturing these relationships
Responsible for excellence in cost vs. performance, selecting and operating digital marketing tools, plug-ins, agencies, etc.
Responsible for delivering practices for digital marketing holistically with a clear focus on automation
Your profile and background

4-6 years experience of in content and campaign production/realization
Experience in running and producing campaigns with partners in all parts of the world
Knowledge of paid digital media, marketing automation, SoMe (organic), SEO, Google Analytics, copy, design
Able to create customer journeys in campaigns
Work with international stakeholders in APAC, EMEA, and US/Canada
Managing agency/vendor relationships, deliverables, and results in a global arena
Excellence in project mgmt and planning
Ability to match, identify and evaluate channels with audiences and measure ROI
Ability to segment, tier, and manage a partner ecosystem based on data and business objectives
Tools: Epi-server, Pardot, InDesign, Google Analytics + Search Console, Social Media Campaign Managers
