Optinova is in an expansive phase and is seeing an increase in customer projects. Within our Sales Operations & Marketing team we are now looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who will play a key global role in enhancing sales processes by streamlining CRM, e-commerce, and marketing automation systems to drive efficiency, align sales and marketing efforts, and support business growth. This role is based at our office in Uppsala.
As a Sales Operations Specialist you will drive change and optimize our sales and marketing systems. You will also work with cross-functional projects, provide training, and ensure smooth implementation and utilization of new and current systems. Additionally, this role will analyze sales performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives within not only systems but also processes to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as Business Process owner for sales and marketing systems, defining user stories, business priorities, and process flows.
Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, managing and optimizing sales processes, including CRM, e-commerce, and marketing automation.
Develop and facilitate sales playbook training and drive sales training programs with support from subject matter experts.
Oversee the implementation, onboarding, and training of the new CRM system, ensuring smooth adoption and system utilization.
Provide project management support for commercial projects, including process improvements and change management.
Act as a key contact for RFQ and Opportunity sales processes, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
Conduct analysis and reporting on sales performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve sales targets.


Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field: science, business, commerce or equivalent.
Extensive CRM experience.
Experience with e-Commerce, marketing automation and other digital platforms.
Experience working within a cross functional team environment preferably within a global organization.
Proficient in English. Reading, writing, listening and speaking. (Other languages are a plus).
Great communication skills.
Great interpersonal and collaboration skills.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.


Meritable:
Project management or managerial experience.
Certifications in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) are a plus.

Inventory Management: Collaborate with local Supply Chain Managers to design and implement an Inventory Management Handbook. Ensure best practices are followed across all locations to optimize inventory levels.
Process and Data Analysis: Improve and standardize processes and tools for data-driven decision-making. Focus on advancing global demand and supply planning towards a more digitalized and efficient system.

To be successful in this role you need:

What You’ll Do:

What We're Looking For:
Educational Background: A Bachelor or master’s in data science or computer science.
Technical Expertise: Knowledge of the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process with 2+ years of industry experience in Python, , Power BI, Databricks, and Azure for data analytics.
Data Engineering: Demonstrated ability to manage and develop data pipelines efficiently, from ingestion to processing, to create integrated data products.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical insights, results, solutions clearly to cross-functional teams.

What will Customer Service Representative do?
A Customer Service Specialist will play a key role to cooperate with factories and customers to provide product/services information, quotation, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
The goal is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Working directly with Optinova’s commercial team
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information of products and services
Generate quotations by working with sales team and factories to obtain the right product and costing
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, feedbacks, by working with factories and sales team to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Maintain data accuracy in ERP system by keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Qualifications
A passion for customer service, people and result driven attitude.
Proven customer support experience with 3-5 years of experience as a Client Service Representative in B2B environment
Fluency in Swedish and English, (extra plus for German)
Use to work with ERP systems and practices (extra plus for experience in ERP Monitor), proficient in working with MS Office 365
Being well-organized and able to prioritize. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters and cultures
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve
An entrepreneurial approach, not afraid to make suggestion to improve processes and can see the bigger picture whilst also remembering the details.

You will be working at our office in Uppsala, and we are also open for work remotely some days per week.

The Job
Our Sustainability Manager will define Optinova Group's sustainability strategy, lead selected implementation projects and coordinate sustainability reporting. The role is highly operational, including “hands-on” project management, data collection and reporting. Self-initiative and up-to-date expertise in sustainability regulations and best practices are needed to succeed in the role.
Your responsibilities include the following:
Together with Group management define sustainability strategy, KPIs and implementation roadmap
Lead selected sustainability implementation projects
Coordinate quarterly and annual sustainability reporting
Lead sustainability assessments and related gap closuring
Coordinate annual sponsorship program planning
Provide expertise in sustainability regulation and best practises

You can be located in one of our offices in Mariehamn (Åland, Finland) or Uppsala (Sweden).
To succeed in this job, you need the following:
Detailed understanding on sustainability regulations, like CSRD
Detailed understating on GHG Protocol scope 1,2 and 3 reporting
Previous experience in making company/group sustainability reports

We are now offering an exciting internship opportunity for a dedicated and analytical student to join Optinovas Group Operations team as a Sustainability Data Intern. Group Operations (GOPS) provides Shared Services and implements strategic change projects, common business systems and end-to-end processes across Optinova group.
Sustainability is one of the key pillars in Optinova’s strategy and Shared Service function within GOPS. Our goal is to continuously reduce carbon footprint and waste in our operations and entire value chain, and to always act according to high ethical standards.
In this role, you will be at the forefront in implementing our sustainability strategy, focusing CO? reporting in the value chain.
The assignment:
As a Sustainability Data Intern, you will focus on the integration of environmental impact data into our ERP system. Your main responsibilities are:
Collect, assess and qualify the product carbon footprint (PCF) data consumption and emission factors in our own operations and supply chain.
Mapping carbon footprint data fields in the ERP system.
Establish a methodology for PCF calculation across our operations, applying the relevant carbon accounting principles.
Establish robust CO? scope 1,2 and 3 data collection and reporting in our BI platform.
Document thoroughly the CO? calculation methodology applied and data sources used.
Assist in training relevant teams on utilizing ERP tools for sustainability data analysis and provide ongoing support for system related inquiries.

To succeed in this internship, you need the following:
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate, graduate or training program in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and data accuracy.
Passion for sustainability and a desire to leverage ERP systems for environmental impact assessment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of greenhouse gas accounting principles, industry-standard carbon footprint methodologies, and life cycle assessment (LCA) concepts.

It is a plus if you have:
Experience in conducting carbon footprint assessments and familiarity with carbon accounting tools and databases (e.g., GHG Protocol, WRI/WBCSD, Ecoinvent, GaBi).
Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and reporting frameworks related to carbon footprinting and carbon reduction (e.g., ISO 14064, PAS 2050, CDP, GRI, SBTi).
Previous working experience with ERP, data or related field.



You can be located in one of our offices in Mariehamn (Åland, Finland) or Uppsala (Sweden) at least 60 % of working time. This internship is estimated for 4-6 months.
