Job description
Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our business! As an IT Support Specialist, you will leverage your expertise to provide first- andsecond-line technical support to end-users through Teams, phone, and email, meticulously logging incidents in our ticketing system.
Academic degree or equivalent in IT.
Robust knowledge and hands-on experience with Cloud technologies.
Proficient in the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and management of Windows, macOS, and iPhones.
Expertise in working with Azure solutions, including Microsoft Endpoint management, Intune, software packaging, and distribution.
Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365, Defender, Entra ID, SharePoint, and Teams.
Familiarity with Powershell scripting.
Networking proficiency encompassing security, wifi, and switches.

What you will do and why:
We’re looking for a People & Office Coordinator to join our Uppsala team. This hybrid role prioritizes maintaining a well-functioning and welcoming office environment while devoting most of your time to HR responsibilities such as recruitment, development, and employee engagement. What you will do and why:
Our platform, which goes beyond basic electronic data capture (EDC) to bring electronic patient reported outcomes (ePRO), telemedicine, randomization, trial supply management, electronic trial master file, and more into a single unified platform, is gaining more and more interest among clinical trial sponsors and CROs. With strong growth projected, we want to ensure that our customers get maximum value from the products that we offer. That is why we are currently looking for a Project Manager to join the team.
The Project Manager is responsible for supporting our customers by serving as a project manager overseeing the new study-designs and connected database configurations. This is a versatile role wherein you will both serve as a bridge between our developers and our clients, but also as a technical advisor as well as an implementation expert.
As a Viedoc Project Manager, you will:
Use your human clinical trials expertise to assist our clients (sponsors and CROs) in the management of multiple study design projects, coordinating activities between customers, internal departments, sub-contractors (database design team), and additional partners to ensure smooth delivery of the database configuration
Learn our product inside-out, becoming an expert in all its features including end-user features and technical design and JavaScript programming
Conduct expert technical demos for potential customers
Provide customer training in the use of the product suite
Collect and log customer feedback to assist in driving future feature development of the product suite


As a professional, we would like you to have:
A bachelor's degree or higher in the life sciences, clinical research, or equivalent
At least twoyears of work experience within human clinical trials (e.g., clinical data manager, data programmer, or clinical database designer) at a sponsor organization or CRO OR: Relevant experience with EDC, ePRO, eCOA, or other eClinical software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Right now, we are increasing our Sales Ops team and are looking for a new CRM Intern who will support our sales processes. As a CRM Intern you will support the users and CRM team by assisting with database management, campaign execution, and administrative tasks. Monitoring data from various sources including CRM, Financial systems, Production data etc. to report on pricing performance, competitiveness etc.
Participating in customer meetings along with Business Development to understand how our pricing and contracts are being presented, perceived, and what can be improved
Analyze price change requests from the sales team by evaluating margin impact, potential incremental volume, and competitor price levels
Assist in creating promotional campaigns, and conducting pricing optimization and cost-benefit analysis
Developing pricing proposals for new products and services
Tracking market trends and keeping up to date on prices set by competitors whilestaying updated with pricing best practices and market dynamic

As a professional, we would like you to have:
A degree in Business Administration or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role including solid exposure to managing pricing processes, implementing pricing initiatives, and creating pricing process documentation

What you will do and why:
At Viedoc we are currently experiencing strong growth. To ensure a smooth journey for our customers we are therefore looking for somebody to join us as Sales Operations Specialist. You will have a key role in an international organization that service life science companies and research institutions and report directly to our Global Head of Sales Operations. The sales operations team members are liaisons for sales to other parts of the organization such as finance, marketing, legal, QA and IT departments. The Sales Operations Specialist will represent and manage the support function to Sales in the European Region. The Sales Operations Specialist will not proactively sell Viedoc to new prospects or perform Account Management with current customers. But rather you are the key to knowledge for Sales about Viedoc as a company, Viedoc as a product and the services we provide.

You will join a global team with a solid foundation of processes and opportunities to contribute to the department's success. This means you:

- Support in ongoing sales process development, understanding and carrying out our processes including: our pricing policy, market research, qualifying incoming leads, preparing and sending quotations (together with Account managers) and supporting customers with questions related to quotations, our prices, product and company
- Work on our sales administration processes including: preparing NDA's, Master Service Agreements, Quotations and Work Orders, and registering potential clients and their contacts in the CRM system, and support in Sales RFIS, convert quotations to Work Orders, arranging/facilitating electronic signatures, and recording all agreements in the CRM and company archives
- Support to Account Managers on Sales communications
- Prepare and present sales metrics when needed

- Work with the CRM team on tasks and changes, such as organizing and updating current and new client communications and contacts in CRM system

You will join a global team with a solid foundation of processes and opportunities to contribute to the department's success. This means you:

- Support in ongoing sales process development, understanding and carrying out our processes including: our pricing policy, market research, qualifying incoming leads, preparing and sending quotations (together with Account managers) and supporting customers with questions related to quotations, our prices, product and company
- Work on our sales administration processes including: preparing NDA's, Master Service Agreements, Quotations and Work Orders, and registering potential clients and their contacts in the CRM system, and support in Sales RFIS, convert quotations to Work Orders, arranging/facilitating electronic signatures, and recording all agreements in the CRM and company archives
- Support to Account Managers on Sales communications

Vem vi söker
Till vår marknadsavdelning söker vi nu en kreativ 360 Content Marketing Manager. Vi ser att du som söker har ett brinnande intresse för design och kommunikation, och minst 5 års erfarenhet inom området. Du kommer att rapportera till vår marknadschef och ansvara över företagets produktion av content med fokus på digitalt marknadsföringsmaterial.


Dina arbetsuppgifter
Du kommer att vara ansvarig för företagets content-kalender och över att produktion och distribution av content sker inom utsatta tidsramar. Som vår 360 Content Marketing Manager är du ansvarig för att oberoende omvandla idéer till publicerbart marknadsföringsmaterial. Vi ser därför att du har gedigen erfarenhet inom design, copy och digital kommunikation då alla dessa delar är viktiga för att du ska kunna utföra ditt arbete. Utöver detta är kunskap inom film och fotoproduktion samt redigering mycket meriterande.

Som person är du social med god organisationsförmåga, ett öga för detaljer och design. Du är självgående, driven och presterar väl under press. Du är prestigelös, flexibel och öppen till feedback. Exempel på arbetsuppgifter
Samarbete med olika avdelningar för att samla information, organisera marknadsarbete och leverera:
slående marknadsmaterial inom ramen för företagets visuella profil och varumärkespersonlighet
en “Editorial Plan” över redaktionellt marknadsföringsmaterial - främst på hemsida, i nyhetsbrev och i sociala medier
en effektiv “Content Marketing Strategy” i samarbete med externa konsulter

Planering och produktion av marknadsaktiviteter:
redaktionellt material som nyhetsbrev, blogginlägg och artiklar
publicering och aktivitet i sociala medier
design av visuella assets

Skötsel och administration av digitala marknadsaktiviteter:
löpande produktion och distribution av marknadsföringsmaterial i olika plattformar efter schema och enligt deadline
redigering, korrekturläsning och förbättring av marknadsmaterial



Din bakgrund
Utbildning från Berghs, Hyper Island, Beckmans eller motsvarande
Minst 5 års erfarenhet inom marknadsföring, design eller copy - helst bred erfarenhet och/eller byråerfarenhet
Tydligt track-record av prestationer och/eller kampanjer
Utmärkt kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga
360 / bred erfarenhet inom marknadsproduktion (design, copy, film, foto, web
Flytande engelska i tal och skrift
